Mindful Yoga Weekend Retreat

Recharge your batteries with mindful yoga, breathing, meditation and relaxation exercises. Embark on an inward journey that will strengthen your body, calm down your mind and inspire your whole being.

This course offers a unique opportunity for busy professionals and everybody else who feels the need for a break, to step out of our many commitments and recharge our batteries.
Gentle yoga exercises will encourage you to ground yourself within your body. Mindful breathing practices will reconnect you to your life force within. Meditation and relaxation exercises will enable you to calm yourself down and to reduce stress.
Further to this, through short thematic input we’ll be interweaving the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy with modern-day scientific findings. Together, we are going to embark on an inward journey that will strengthen our bodies and calm down our minds. Easy to learn and yet effective yoga and mindfulness exercises will enable us to gain inner clarity, inspiration and joy, and will encourage us to reconnect with the most authentic version of ourselves. Throughout the day, there will also be time to pause, go for a walk, discuss, reflect and relax. In order to help us focusing our awareness internally, some parts of this course will be in silence.

Yoga and mindfulness strengthen our physical and emotional well-being and helps us to recharge and restore. By joining this course, you will able to reduce stress and find space in your body, mind and life.


This course is open for everybody who is open-minded and ready to embark on an inward journey through yoga, breathing, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation. No prior knowledge of yoga or meditation is required.

The course is also suitable for people with certain physical limitations, like for example knee problems, or for people who are suffering from mild anxiety or mild depression. However, if you are dealing with more serious physical or psychological issues, please get in touch with Lassalle-Haus prior to signing up for this course.


Apart from the opening and closing sessions, all parts of this course are optional. Feel free to pick and choose which sessions you would like to participate in.

20:00 – 21:15 Opening Session: Getting to know each other and introduction

07:00 Morning practice (focus on standing postures and balance)
from 08:00 onwards Mindful Breakfast (in silence)
09:00 – 11:45 Thematic input and yoga practice with focus on breathing and relaxation
12:00 Lunch
14:00 – 16:00 Mindful silent walk to Gubel (magical viewpoint, spiritual site)
16:30 – 18:15 Thematic input and yoga practice
18:30 Dinner
20:00 – 21:00 Evening practice, Q&A or opportunity for a private talk with your teacher (will be planned spontaneously based on the needs of the group)

Weitere Informationen

What to bring?

  • For indoors: Comfortable and stretchy (yoga) clothes. (Warm) socks.
  • For outdoors: Good shoes and all weather clothing
  • Lassalle-Haus provides airex yoga mats, which are slightly thicker than usual yoga mats and make some poses, especially balance, a little more challenging. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.

You have the opportunity to register a double room when booking for two persons (subject to availability).
